What are Kiddocare Loyalty Points aka KiddoPoints?
Kiddocare Loyalty Program (“KiddoPoints”) is a loyalty program on the Kiddocare app that allows parents to collect and redeem points through its mobile application. Users are required to install and sign up on the Kiddocare App, perform booking & start earning KiddoPoints.
What is the value for each KiddoPoints earned?
KiddoPoints are earned based on payments made using the Kiddocare platform. You will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent. For example:
- RM1.00 = 1 points
- RM5.00 = 5 points
- RM5.90 = 5 points
- RM1.11 = 1 point
- RM0.90 = 0 points
How are the earned KiddoPoints calculated for redemption?
KiddoPoints are redeemed based on payments made using Kiddocare platform. You will be able to redeem RM 1 for every 100 points used. For example:
- 100 points = RM 1
- 128 points = RM 1.28
- 590 points = RM 5.90
- 1000 points = RM 10
- 5000 points = RM 50.00
- 10000 points = RM 100
How can I earn KiddoPoints?
You can only earn KiddoPoints from completed booking payments via the Kiddocare App.

Can I check my KiddoPoints balance, expiration date, and transaction history?
Yes, go to Kiddocare Home Page >Tap the “Points” icon (top right of your App) > Personal > You will be able to view 4 tabs displaying all of your KiddoPoints transaction details, Earned, Used and Expired point details
Do my KiddoPoints expire?
Yes, KiddoPoints will expire on the last day of the sixth (6) months from the month they were earned. For example:
- Points earned on 1 January 2024 will expire on 30 June 2024
Can I extend the validity period of my KiddoPoints?
No, unused and unredeemed KiddoPoints cannot be extended or reinstated after they have expired.
What should I do if I have an issue with my KiddoPoints?

Can I transfer my KiddoPoints to someone else?
No, KiddoPoints are non-transferable.
Can I request a refund for redeemed KiddoPoints in cash value (RM)?
No, you can’t. KiddoPoints are designed to reward paying customers and enhance your experience by offering benefits for customer loyalty.
In what situation can my KiddoPoints will be refunded?
AUTO REFUND IN APP :
- If you never remit payment within 30 minutes, the KiddoPoints will be refunded to you automatically.
- If you decide to Cancel the Booking before making the payment.
AFTER PAYMENT:- CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
- Full refund : If cancellation occurs after payment before a Kiddocarer is assigned.
- Full refund : If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the job start, Or if a replacement Kiddocarer is found but not accepted by User.
- Full refund : If Kiddocarer cancel the job and no replacement Kiddocarer found.
NO REFUND:
- If cancellation occurs 24 hours or less before the jobs starts.
Point Refund Policy
- Points refund cover only the Service Fee and/or Bonus and/or Travelling Incentives/ tips.
- Points refund do not include the 7% Admin & Processing fee.
