Shipping and Delivery
In general, KiddoShop doesn’t maintain inventory or storage facilities. Order fulfillment is managed by the individual brands or vendors. While we have a designated ceiling rate for fulfillment, the actual delivery cost can vary depending on the size, weight, or total value of the order.
Domestic Delivery
The delivery fee within Peninsular Malaysia is RM10, while deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak are RM20. These charges may vary based on the size, weight, or total value of the order based on the vendors, and will be fully covered by the customer. Please allow up to 7 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Upon purchase completion, you will receive a confirmation email and once the items are processed for delivery, the delivery tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp for you to easily monitor your order’s shipment progress.
International Delivery
KiddoShop currently only ships within the country (Malaysia). We will provide updates if international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Charges and Surcharge
Shipping costs vary depending on the selected delivery vendor, as each vendor sets its own rates. This includes other factors such as size, weight and the total value of the orders. The final shipping fee displayed reflects the vendor’s pricing.
Customers are responsible for all courier service charges, including any additional fees imposed by the vendor. As these charges are determined by the courier service, we have no control over them. For any inquiries regarding shipping costs, please contact the courier service directly.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by outstanding charges. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of re-delivery due to faulty or incorrect items.
How to track my shipment?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message with a unique tracking number. You can use the number to track your shipment’s status.

Why haven't I received my parcel?
It may take up to 7 working days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, please track your parcel using the provided tracking number. If delivery attempts fail twice, the parcel may be held at the nearest courier office or returned to the vendor/sender.
For updates or issues, please contact the courier service directly, as we are not responsible for the parcel after shipment.
However if within 5 working days you still did not receive any tracking number, please contact us immediately via 019-8830175.
Can I request Cash On Delivery?
Unfortunately, currently, the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not available on Kiddocare platform.
