How does the pop-up nanny service work?
The Pop-Up Nanny is an area setup that takes place in the designated area provided by the customer. Kiddocare will provide everything in terms of Kiddocarers, materials, items, kits, toys and will be handling and actively engaging with the children during the event take place. The parent can just drop off their children at the Pop-Up space and Kiddocarers will take over from there.
Can I request a specific number of Kiddocarers at the Pop-Up Nanny?
Yes, you may. But, kindly note that we do have a specified ratio for the Kiddocarers and number of child.
Can I schedule recurring pop-up nanny services?
You will need to submit a request via Kiddocare Support using the “chat with us” button or submit a booking form with your requirements. Our representative will be in touch for further inquiries.
Can I request additional information about the qualifications and experience of the Kiddocarers assigned to my event?
Yes you can! You may request to our Kiddocare Support regarding the additional information when needed.
Can parents provide input or suggestions for engagement activities such as educational activities or special themes?
You are welcomed to share your suggestions or ideas for the activities during the Pop Up Nanny. Our ability to accommodate to your requests will be subject to preparation time required.
