What safety measures are in place during travel with a Travel Nanny?
We try on our best efforts to ensure a safe trip for your family when you hire a Travel Nanny. We have put the safety measures and guidelines that need to be followed by both of the client and the Kiddocarer. The client and the Kiddocarer must always have clear communication during the session, so there will be no misunderstanding that arises. The Kiddocarer also needs to remember that she is working during the trip and her priority is to pay attention and always monitor the children from day to night. Can I request a Travel Nanny with specific qualifications?
Yes, you can. We can try to accommodate, but it all depends on that specific Kiddocarer if she can fulfill your qualifying criteria or requests.
What measures are in place to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of my family's information?
The Kiddocarer must maintain her professionalism in communication and behaviour throughout the travel. The Kiddocarer should not ask for any other contact information apart from what you as the client has given to her for the purpose of the emergency. The Kiddocarer also must not involve herself in clients’ private matters, conversations or gatherings (unless if asked to do so, with boundaries). Additionally, the Kiddocarer should not have have any photos/videos of the client/children/family members on her phone, unless for the intended purpose of updating the client, and that must be removed before checking out. The client also has the right to check Kiddocarer’s phone to ensure no privacy or confidential information will be breached.
How are travel nannies trained to handle medical emergencies or unexpected situations?
Before we assign the Kiddocarer for your booking, we will inform and brief regarding her task and job scope during the travel period. The Kiddocarer must be always alert to the small changes that occur to the children under her care and inform the client immediately of the any unwanted incident.
