Can I Exchange / Return An Item That I Bought In A KiddoShop?
Kindly note that we do not accept any Exchange/ Return of any item bought in our KiddoShop unless allowed by the vendors.
I received a defective/damaged/ broken product, can I get a replacement?
If you received a defective item, Please email us at shop@kiddocare.my along with the product photo and issue that you faced. Our customer service team will get in touch with you for further investigations.
Should we find that the item(s) received in a damage condition, we will communicate with the vendor for a replacement.
Can I get a refund from defect / damage / broken product?
We only replace defective, damaged, or broken products. We do not provide refunds unless stated otherwise.
I ordered the wrong items, what can I do ?
You may cancel the item within 12 hours after the purchase. However, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been delivered and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for delivered orders. We strongly suggest that you review your order carefully before completing checkout to prevent this unwanted situation.
Are monetary refunds available?
Monetary refunds are reviewed on a case-to-case basis and are processed within 14 working days after verification if approved. Once processed, you will be notified via email.
