Can I exchange / return an item that I bought in a Kiddocare online shop?
Kindly noted that we did not accept any Exchange/ Return of any item bought in our online shop. For reasons we did not accept any return for any items.
I received a defect / damage / broken product. Can I get a replacement?
If you received a defect, Please email us at XXX@XXX.COM along with the product picture and issue. Our customer service team will get in touch with you. If your issue is genuine we will deliver you new items as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund from defect / damage / broken product?
We will not refund your cost for any defect / damage / broken product. We will only arrange a replacement for the items.
I ordered the wrong items, what can I do?
Please double check your order before checkout. There will be no replacement of items for the issue.
How long will it take to refund my money?
We will refund your money within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your email. We will email you after we refund your money.
Can I request for Cash On Delivery?
We did not provide any service for Cash On Delivery (COD).
