What is the refund policy if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Our cancelation policy will be applied for two situations as stated below:

  1. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the job is scheduled to start, we will provide a 70% refund.
  2. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the job is scheduled to start, there will be no refund provided as we will compensate the Kiddocarer for the cancelation.

What happens if I need to cancel on short notice due to an emergency?

You may cancel the booking on short notice, however, please note that the session will be considered as forfeited, with no refund given.

Is there a grace period for canceling or rescheduling bookings without incurring fees?

Yes, you may request to cancel or reschedule the booking more than 24 hours’ notice.
