MindCare is Kiddocare’s support for mental health and wellbeing designed to provide such support and assistance to all caregivers, including parents, Kiddocarers and anyone who are either primary or secondary caregivers to any dependent (child, adult or elderly).
What can I do with MindCare?
At MindCare, you can access a Free Mental Health Screening tool for regular checks of your mental wellness and wellbeing. You can also reach out to MindCare support for advise or if you would like to seek reference to a professional care provider. There are also access to resources that can be useful for your anytime need.
Who is MindCare for?
MindCare is made for anyone who are caregivers having to deal with daily or periodic responsibilities of caring for another individual. At MindCare, we understand and empathise with the impact of providing prolonged care can have on the caregiver.

Through the Kiddocare MindCare community, we offer programs, free or paid to enable all caregivers to connect and support each other.
What if I want to take the assessment but want to remain anonymous. Will my identity be protected?
