What should I do if I have a complaint about the service?

We understand that some inconvenience might occur during the service. Worry not, you can reach out directly to our Supervisor Babysitter who will always be in the area to supervise and monitor the ongoing session. However, if you’d like to share your feedback once the session is ended, kindly click the ‘Chat With Us’ button and our Kiddocare Support will assist you.

How quickly can I expect a response to my complaint?

After we received the complaints or any feedbacks from the client, we will escalate the issue to the relevant department and investigation will take place (if needed), and it might take us 24 hours – 48 hours to revert to you.
