Is there a deadline for canceling or rescheduling appointments with a stand-in nanny?

You may reschedule the booking with a Stand-In Nanny for more than 24 hours’ notice and RM20 rescheduling fee will be imposed once you decide on the new date. No rescheduling will be allowed in less than 24 hours before the booking should start as the Kiddocarer has locked her date and time for your booking.

What happens if I need to cancel on short notice due to an emergency?

You may cancel the booking on short notice, however, please note that the session will be considered as forfeited, with no refund given.

Is there a grace period for canceling or rescheduling bookings without incurring fees?

Yes, you may request to cancel or reschedule the booking more than 24 hours’ notice.
