Can I cancel my order after payment?
You can cancel your order up to 12 hours after payment. To cancel, please email us at shop@kiddocare.my or you may contact us directly at 019-8830175.
Please note:
- We are unable to cancel orders that have already been delivered.
- No refunds will be issued for delivered orders.
What do I have to do if I receive wrong/ incomplete items?
Should this occur, please email us at shop@kiddocare.my with a photo of the package and your order number. We will investigate the issue and if the cases are genuine then we will arrange new shipments for you. Your information will be collected and if we notice any suspicious complaint we will not hesitate to take legal action and ban customers from continuing using our services.
Product Stock on KiddoShop
We are trying our best to keep updating the website to give accurate information about product stock to customers. Some of the items are EXCLUSIVELY sold only in our online shop and will not be re-stocked. For any limited edition items, It will only be available for only a certain quantity and will not be re-stock. We will announce if we have already restocked any items on our social media and website. Please keep updated with us to get the latest info.
Did items in your cart be reserved?
Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, or else that item will be available to other buyers. Many items are available in limited quantities, so the item may sell out before you checkout.
