What should I do if I have a concern or complaint about my travel nanny's performance?

You can reach out to our Kiddocare Support regarding your concerns or complaints, and we will assist you further.

How quickly can I expect a response to my complaint or concern?

After we received the complaints or any feedbacks from the client, we will escalate the issue to the relevant department and investigation will take place (if needed), and it might take us 24 hours – 48 hours to revert to you.

Is there a process for providing feedback after the trip?

Yes, there is. Once the trip ends and is completed, you can leave the review and rating in the Kiddocare App.
