Security & Safety

Are Kiddocarers trained to handle emergency situations?

Yes, they are. Before they are allowed to take any jobs or bookings, all Kiddocarers are trained and certified with CPR and First Aid. They also have been trained to handle any unforeseen incident during the session.

Are Kiddocarers trained to handle children with special needs or disabilities?

We do have Kiddocarers that have experience in handling Special Needs children, and all Kiddocarers are trained with basic handling of Special Needs Children. While we may allow a Special Needs child to join a Pop-up Nanny, it is a requirement that 1 (one) dedicated Kiddocarer be assigned to the child at additional cost.

Are Kiddocarers trained to handle children with allergies or medical conditions?

Parents of children with allergies or medical conditions must state in advance, prior to the Pop-Up Nanny session with clear instructions and medications for the Kiddocarer to administer should undesired situation were to occur during the session.

What safety measures do you have in place?

Kiddocare as a main platform that connect both parent and the babysitter takes best efforts to ensure we provide qualified Kiddocarers to minimize the risks and unsatisfactory service. Thus, we strongly advise the parent to provide as many tips or guidelines for the Kiddocarer and ensure the space is safe and suitable for the Kiddocarer to perform her duty and for the children as well.
