Terms & Conditions
- This package is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- This package entitles you to the sentuh.my spa package you selected accompanied by a babysitting service booking by Kiddocare.
- Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
- Payment for this package must be made upfront and in full. All purchases are non-refundable.
- This package can only be purchased through Kiddocare’s online shop or the Sentuh.my app.
- Once payment is made, a unique code will be sent to your email. Use this code in the “Discount Code” field when booking a babysitting service session.
- Customers may purchase more than one package, and each package will be assigned a unique code.
- Bookings are advisable to be made a minimum of 24 hours before the preferred service time.
- Sessions can be extended beyond 8 hours; extension charges of RM25 per hour will apply from 7 AM to 12 midnight. For services beyond 12 midnight, the extension rate is RM40 per hour.
- Package prices displayed are for one child. An additional RM15 will be charged for the second child onwards for the entire service. Please note that a Kiddocarer can care for up to four (4) children aged 4 years and above. All additional fees go directly to support your Kiddocarer – Kiddocare will not retain any portion of this charge.
- A RM30 surcharge will apply for last-minute bookings (made less than 6 hours before the required service, during operating hours of 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM).
- A RM30 surcharge will also apply for bookings on Public Holidays or days associated with Public Holiday.
- An additional surcharge of RM15 per hour will be imposed for services during off-hours, between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
- Each code can only be used for one booking at a time. Our system will track the number of times a code is used.
- Customers are responsible for keeping their codes secure. Kiddocare is not responsible for any loss or misuse of codes.
- This package cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or packages.
- If a booking is canceled 24 hours or more before the service session, the unused session will return to your claimable pool. Platform and other charges are non-refundable.
- If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service start time, the session will be forfeited without a refund.
- If a session ends before the full service hours initially indicated, no refunds or partial credits will be provided for the unused time.
- All bookings and services are subject to Kiddocarer availability.
- All babysitting service bookings are subject to a 7% processing fee.
- Other terms and conditions of use and service stated on our website, app, or communications still apply.
- Kiddocare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- By purchasing this package, you agree to these terms and conditions.
