Is there any insurance coverage provided?
Yes, as part of your onboarding fee, a work insurance is provided for as long as you are providing Kiddocare service through our platform. You are required to announce your departure in the Service Channel for all admins and client to acknowledge. The insurance covers your journey from your location, throughout service period at the client’s, as well your journey returning home.
NEW: Kiddocare will offer an extended insurance coverage via Kiddocare Protect+ for trained and qualified Kiddocarers. You can find out more about this after you have completed training requirements.
Do you provide SOCSO and EPF?
No, we don’t because being a Kiddocarer means that you are gig-worker or an independent service provider. Kiddocare is the platform that you use to seek jobs once you have qualified as a Kiddocarer.
You can be guided to contribute to SOCSO and EPF as a personal initiative. We can arrange to have an officer from both entities to hold a briefing and explain further on this matter.
Can I request for alms deduction from my monthly earnings?
As for now, we do not provide such assistance.
