I was involved in an accident while traveling to a client's location. What should I do?
In the case an accident while on your way to the client’s location you can follow these steps:
- Click on ‘Chat with Us’ button
- Choose ‘ Informing of accident while en route to client’s place’ from the options given
- Choose the session involved from your list of sessions
- Please provide all necessary details and our Kiddocarer Support Team will attend to you as soon as possible
If you are badly injured and need to withdraw from the session, you will need to inform Kiddocarer Support Team as soon as you can. We suggest that you allow your representative to inform us as to not inconvenienced the client. Our Kiddocarer Support Team will also assist you in this situation.
