How can I report a complaint or issue with a customer?

You have a right to file a complaint regarding the customer to the Kiddocarer Support Team. Use the ‘Chat with Us’ icon and feel free to let us know about the issue. We will try to our best to resolve the issues being raised.

What steps does Kiddocare take to handle and resolve my complaints?

Kiddocare will accept any feedback or complaints to improve our service better. We will take note and will immediately escalate the issue to the respective department. If needed, our Person In Charge will get in touch with you to discuss more regarding the issue caused.
