What should I do if I encounter any issues during a service session?

You can click ‘Chat with Us’ icon in the Kiddocarer App and our Kiddocare Support Team will intervene and assist you immediately. We are reachable from 7AM-12AM every day including Public Holiday.

Can I specify my preferred location for service on Kiddocare?

Yes, you can. You can use the filter function in the Kiddocarer App by following these steps:

  1. Open the Kiddocarer App
  2. Click the ‘Explore’ tab
  3. Click the filter icon on the top left in the App 4) Click on ‘Location’ and press ‘OK’

You can select your preferred locations for service.
