How can I update my personal information on my Kiddocarer profile?
You can update the information required in the Kiddocarer App. Just login with your email and password. Please ensure all the information are correct before proceeding to save the information.
I'm having trouble logging into the Kiddocarer app. What should I do?
First, make sure that you are using the Kiddocarer App and not the Kiddocare Customer App.
You can take the following steps:
- Try to refresh your App. Pull the interface down to refresh the App.
- Restart the App by sliding the screen above to clear the cache dan close the App. You can re-launch the App to try again.
- Reinstall the App by uninstalling it from the App Store or Google Store and once it is done. Proceed to install again. You can now re-launch the App.
If the problem isn’t resolved, please contact Admin Hero 3 through Whatsapp. It will be more helpful if you can provide us with the screenshot or screen record of the issue.

To ensure you can get the notifications of all announcements and notifications, you need to switch on the notification in the Settings on your phone.

- Click on ‘Account’
- Click on ‘Change Password’ and follow the prompts.

Kiddocare has put safety measures in terms of system, data and personal information protection. All information, data and forms are safely kept to ensure there is no data breach to other parties. By submitting your information to the Company, you give consent to the use of that information as set out in the submission form and in the Terms of Use.
How often does Kiddocare update its app, and do I need to manually update it?
Kiddocare would have periodic App updates. You will be informed of any new updates. You need to manually update your App in Google Play Store or Apple App Store to get the updated version. Follow these simple steps:
