Jawatan: Kiddocare Professional Childcare Caregiver

Sebagai Profesional Home Caregiver, anda dikehendaki melaksanakan tugas-tugas berikut:

Menyediakan tugas-tugas asas penjagaan kanak-kanak termasuk, penjagaan rutin seperti berpakaian, memberi makan, dan menjaga kebersihan diri.
Memahami rutin harian dan jadual kanak-kanak untuk penjagaan asas.
Mengikut arahan dan panduan yang diberikan oleh klien.
Mengekalkan persekitaran yang bersih dan teratur untuk kanak-kanak.
Merancang dan melibatkan diri dengan kanak-kanak dalam aktiviti pendidikan dan keseronokan yang sesuai dengan usia, waktu bermain dan permainan.
Memberi 100% fokus dan perhatian kepada kanak-kanak dengan menjadi peka, responsif, dan tersedia secara emosi kepada keperluan kanak-kanak sambil memberikan panduan dan pengawasan yang sesuai.
Merekod aktiviti kanak-kanak dan mencatat tingkah laku atau pencapaian yang ketara.
Berkomunikasi dengan klien mengenai aktiviti, kemajuan, insiden atau masalah yang dihadapi oleh kanak-kanak.
Menyediakan dan menghidangkan makanan atau snek untuk kanak-kanak mengikut panduan ibu bapa. Memasak tidak dibenarkan. Contohnya: Jika ibu bapa telah menyediakan makanan, pengasuh dibenarkan memanaskan makanan menggunakan oven/mikrowave/penggoreng udara.
Melaksanakan tugasan rumah yang ringkas yang berkaitan dengan kanak-kanak, seperti mengemas kawasan permainan, mencuci pinggan, melipat pakaian.
Memastikan keselamatan kanak-kanak semasa waktu bermain, keluar berjalan, dan aktiviti lain untuk mengelakkan berlaku sebarang kemalangan atau kecederaan.

Position: Kiddocare Professional Childcare Caregiver

As a Kiddocare Professional Childcare Caregiver, you are required to perform the following tasks:

Provide required and basic childminding tasks including, routine care such as dressing, feeding, attending to personal hygiene.
Understand the child’s daily routine & schedule for basic care.
Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the client.
Maintain a clean and organised environment for the child.
Plan & engage with the child in age-appropriate educational and fun activites, playtime and games.
Give 100% focus and attention to the child by being attentive, responsive, and emotionally available to the child’s needs while providing appropriate guidance and supervision.
Keep record on the child’s activities and make notable behaviours or milestones.
Communicate with the client on the child’s activities, progress, incidents or issues faced.
Preparation and serve meals or snacks for the child as per parental guidelines. Heavy cooking is not allowed. i.e: If parent have prepped the meal, carer is allowed to cook the meal using oven/microwave/air fryer.
Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the child’s care, such as tidying up play areas, washing dishes, folding clothes.
Ensure safety for the child by being vigilant during playtime, outings, and other activities to prevent accidents or injuries.

Jawatan: Professional Elder Caregiver

Sebagai Professional Elder Caregiver, anda dikehendaki melaksanakan tugas-tugas berikut:

Peneman: Terlibat dalam perbualan seharian dan melakukan aktiviti untuk mengurangkan perasaan sunyi dan kesepian dengan memberikan sokongan emosi dan menjadi pendengar yang baik.
Pengangkutan: Membantu dalam pengangkutan ke temu janji doktor, keluar bersosial, membeli-belah barang keperluan, atau sebarang urusan lain.
Pengawasan Keselamatan: Memastikan kawasan persekitaran adalah selamat dan bebas dari bahaya. Melaksanakan langkah-langkah keselamatan, terutamanya jika warga emas tersebut mempunyai masalah mobiliti atau ingatan.
Senaman dan Mobiliti: Menggalakkan aktiviti fizikal dan membantu dalam senaman ringan untuk mengekalkan kekuatan dan mobiliti.
Pemantauan Kesihatan: Mengawasi sebarang perubahan dalam keadaan kesihatan warga emas dan melaporkan sebarang kebimbangan kepada ahli keluarga atau profesional kesihatan.
Komunikasi dengan Keluarga: Menyampaikan maklumat kepada ahli keluarga mengenai kesejahteraan warga emas tersebut dan sebarang perubahan yang ketara dalam kesihatan atau tingkah laku mereka.

Jawatan: Kiddocare Professional Carer

Sebagai Kiddocarer, anda dikehendaki melaksanakan tugas-tugas berikut:

Pengawasan dan Keselamatan: Memastikan keselamatan kanak-kanak adalah keutamaan utama. Ini termasuk berwaspada semasa waktu bermain, keluar berjalan, dan aktiviti lain untuk mencegah kemalangan atau kecederaan.
Bermain dan Interaksi: Melibatkan diri dalam permainan dan aktiviti yang sesuai dengan usia kanak-kanak untuk memupuk kemahiran sosial, perkembangan kognitif, dan kreativiti.
Sokongan Emosi: Menawarkan sokongan emosi dan pemahaman kepada kanak-kanak, membantu mereka meluahkan perasaan dan mengatasi sebarang cabaran yang mungkin mereka hadapi.
Membantu dengan Aktiviti Harian: Membantu dengan tugas-tugas seperti berpakaian, makan, dan kebersihan diri, bergantung kepada umur dan keupayaan kanak-kanak.
Sokongan Pendidikan: Membantu dengan kerja rumah, membaca, dan aktiviti pendidikan untuk memupuk pembelajaran dan perkembangan akademik.
Menggalakkan berdikari: Menggalakkan kanak-kanak untuk berdikari dan keyakinan diri dengan cara yang sesuai dengan umur mereka.
Komunikasi: Mengekalkan komunikasi terbuka dan jelas dengan ibu bapa atau penjaga mengenai kemajuan, tingkah laku, dan sebarang kebimbangan yang mungkin timbul.

Position: Kiddocare Professional Eldercare Caregiver

As a Kiddocare Professional Elder care Caregiver, you are required to perform the following tasks:

Companionship: Engaging in meaningful conversations and activities to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness for the elderly by providing emotional support and being a good listener.
Transportation: Assisting with transportation to doctor’s appointments, social outings, grocery shopping, or any other errands.
Safety Supervision: Ensuring that the living environment is safe and free from hazards. Implementing safety measures, especially if the elderly person has mobility or memory issues.
Exercise and Mobility: Encouraging physical activity and assisting with exercises to maintain strength and mobility.
Monitoring Health: Keeping an eye on any changes in the elderly person’s health condition and reporting any concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
Communication with Family: Keeping family members informed about the elderly person’s well-being and any notable changes in their health or behavior.

Position: Kiddocare Professional Carer

As a Kiddocare Professional Carer, you are required to perform the following tasks:

Supervision and Safety: Ensuring the safety of the child is top priority. This includes being vigilant during playtime, outings, and other activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
Play and Interaction: Engaging in age-appropriate games and activities with the child to promote social skills, cognitive development, and creativity.
Emotional Support: Offering emotional support and understanding to the child, helping them express their feelings and cope with any challenges they may be facing.
Assisting with Daily Activities: Assisting with tasks such as dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene, depending on the age and abilities of the child.
Educational Support: Assisting with homework, reading, and educational activities to foster learning and academic development.
Encouraging Independence: Encouraging the child to develop independence and self-confidence in age-appropriate ways.
Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with parents or guardians about the child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
