Is there a referral program for us to recommend Kiddocare to other potential Kiddocarers?
At the moment we don’t have any referral program. We will announce it from time to time if such program will be launched.
I haven't been active for more than three months. Can I rejoin?
Yes, you may. However, kindly note that you need to re-attend all the trainings before we can re-activate your Kiddocarer status. Only then will you be able to apply or attend any jobs.
I have some concerns. How can I get clarification?
Feel free to reach out to us by clicking the ‘Chat with Us’ button in the Kiddocarer App and our Kiddocare Support Team will be available to attend you from 7AM-12AM every day.
Are we allowed to bring our own activities or games for the children during service sessions?
Yes, it is strongly advised that Kiddocarers bring their own materials, games or any suitable activities for the children’s age to attract and engage more during the session.
How are last-minute requests handled, and what should I do if I'm available for an immediate session?
Kiddocarers can apply for any last minute jobs that are being posted in the App. For any immediate session, Kiddocarers can reach out to the Kiddocarer Support Team to assist in applying for the jobs. It is however dependent on customer’s approval.
