Why are Kiddocare prices increasing?

We’re increasing our service fee by RM10 to strengthen the quality of care, further enhance our babysitters’ training and improve your overall booking experience.

Does this RM10 go fully to the babysitter?

Not entirely. The RM10 supports the full care system from babysitter onboarding, continuous training, safety features, tech improvements, service support and carer’s incentive to make sure both babysitters and families are protected and supported.

When will the new pricing take effect?

The new rates will apply starting August 1, 2025. All bookings made before August 1 will remain at the current rate.

How will this improve my care experience?

This adjustment allows us to upskill and retrain babysitters regularly, ensuring they stay professional and well-prepared. It also helps us maintain a thorough babysitters screening process to give families peace of mind. Additionally, it enables us to continually improve the app’s reliability and booking experience, making it faster and easier for parents to secure care. Lastly, it ensures we can keep our support team available around the clock to assist with any issues or urgent needs during bookings.

Will existing bookings before August 1 be affected?

No, bookings made before August 1 will follow the current rates. Only new bookings made from August 1 onward will reflect the RM10 adjustment.

Is this increase permanent?

Yes, this is a permanent price adjustment to ensure Kiddocare can continue providing safe, professional, and reliable childcare services long-term.

Are there any hidden charges after this?

No hidden charges, all pricing remains fully transparent. You will see the updated base rate before confirming your booking.

Can I still use vouchers or discounts after August 1?

Yes, any valid vouchers or promotional codes can still be applied on top of the new rates where applicable.

Will there be more price increases in the future?

Our priority is to keep care affordable and sustainable. Any future adjustments will only happen when necessary, with clear communication to our users.
