How it works:
1. Grab our Trial Pack package from our website.
2. A unique code will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Go to our Kiddocare app to make your booking.
4. Enter the unique code in the ‘Discount Code’ field upon checkout.
How to transfer/gift the package to others:
1. Forward this email to the person receiving this package
2. Should the receiver use another email to register and make their bookings, we will be re-confirming with him/her for the details of the purchaser of this package, which is you. However, this may cause delays.
3. It is both your responsibility and the receiver’s to keep the code secure at all times.
4. Once the code is used and approved, we will lock the code to the first user to use it in subsequent bookings.
Terms & Conditions:
1. This package is valid for 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
2. This package is valid for 2-hour sessions only.
3. This package can only be purchased on Kiddocare’s online shop. Payment for this package must be made upfront and in full and is non-refundable.
4. This package entitles you to two (2) sessions of 2 hours each.
5. Bookings can be made up to 1 month in advance.
6. Once payment is made, a unique code will be sent to your email. To claim the sessions, enter the code in the Discount Code section when making a booking.
7. When booking using the package discount code, customers will not be required to pay the service fee (for the 2-hour session), but a 7% platform fee will apply based on the original 2-hour session price, as well as other surcharges (if applicable).
8. Customers may purchase more than one (1) package and will be assigned one (1) unique code per package.
9. The package is transferable and can be assigned to a different user using the same code. However, once the code is used for the first session, the package can no longer be transferred to another user.
10. Once the code is redeemed two (2) times, it will automatically be blocked and can no longer be used.
11. Customers are responsible for keeping their codes secure.
12. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
13. This package cannot be used with other discounts, offers, or packages.
14. Services to be rendered are subject to Kiddocarer availability.
15. You can use the unique code to book all two (2) sessions at once by entering the same code in the “Discount Code” field for each session. If done in separate bookings, our system will keep track of how many times a code is used, up to a total of two (2) times, before it becomes invalid.
16. Sessions cannot be split into shorter periods of service. If the service ends before 2 hours, no refunds will be provided.
17. Sessions can be extended beyond 2 hours; extension charges of RM25 per hour will apply from 7 AM to 12 midnight. For services beyond 12 midnight, the extension rate is RM40 per hour.
18. A RM30 surcharge will apply for last-minute bookings (made less than 6 hours before the required service, during operating hours of 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM).
19. A RM30 surcharge will also apply for bookings on Public Holidays or days associated with a Public Holiday.
20. An additional surcharge of RM15 per hour will be imposed for services during off-hours, between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
21. Prices displayed are for one child. An additional RM15 will be charged for the second child onwards for the entire service. Please note that a Kiddocarer can care for up to four (4) children aged 4 years and above. Please note, all additional fees go directly to support your Kiddocarer – Kiddocare will not retain any portion of this charge.
22. All sessions must be utilized on different days; they cannot be combined in a single booking.
23. Upon cancellation of a booking made using the package 24 hours or more before the service session, the unused session will be returned to the claimable pool. Platform and other charges are non-refundable. Unused sessions before the validity period cannot be refunded in cash but can be redeemed in later bookings. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service start time, the session will be considered forfeited without a refund.
24. Other terms and conditions of use and service stated on our website, app, or communications still apply.
25. This package is an offer made to the client; there is no compulsion for purchase. Once the purchase is made, the client has agreed to the terms and conditions of the package above.
Additional Information:
What do our babysitters do?
a. They are not maids or helpers, and do not do housework, take care of pets or the elderly.
b. They travel to your preferred location for babysitting service. This can be at the your house, event or any other location specified by the client.
c. They accompany and keep the children safe while adhering to Kiddocare’s SOP.
d. They engage children with fun games and enrichment activities.
e. They bathe, feed, clothe and ensure the cleanliness of the child as needed (light cleaning).
f. They provide constant updates to you during service with monitoring from admins on duty.
What is the process like when our babysitters arrive at your house?
a. Our babysitters will arrive 15 minutes earlier before the scheduled session.
b. They will change into a new set of clothes upon arrival of service.
c. They will sanitize and wash hands at regular intervals.
d. They will then take care and attend to your children once the scheduled session begins.
e. Our babysitters will bathe, feed and clothe your children as needed.
f. They will engage, play and entertain your children with activities suitable with their age.
g. They will clean up after playing as part of babysitter-child activities.
h. They will also provide hourly updates to you throughout the session.
