Terms & Conditions:
1. This package is valid for two months from the date of purchase.
2. This package entitles you to three (3) sessions of 4 hours each. Sessions cannot be split into
shorter periods.
3. All sessions must be utilized on different days and cannot be combined in a single booking.
4. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
5. Payment for this package must be made upfront and in full. All purchases are non-refundable.
6. This package can only be purchased through Kiddocare’s online shop.
7. Once payment is made, a unique code will be sent to your email. Use this code in the “Discount Code” field when booking a session.
8. Customers may purchase more than one package, and each package will be assigned a unique
code.
9. Bookings can be made up to 1 month in advance.
10. Once a booking is made using the package code, no service fee will be required for the 4-hour
session. However, a 7% processing fee will apply based on the original 4-hour session price.
11. Sessions can be extended beyond 4 hours; extension charges of RM25 per hour will apply from
7 AM to 12 midnight. For services beyond 12 midnight, the extension rate is RM40 per hour.
12. A RM30 surcharge will apply for last-minute bookings (made less than 6 hours before the
required service, during operating hours of 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM).
13. A surcharge will also apply for bookings on Public Holidays or days associated with a Public
Holiday.
14. An additional surcharge of RM15 per hour will be imposed for services during off-hours,
between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
15. The prices displayed are for one child. An additional RM15 will be charged for each additional
child from the second child onwards for the entire service.
16. Each code can only be used for one booking at a time. Our system will track the number of
times a code is used.
17. Once the code is used three (3) times, it will automatically become invalid.
18. The package is transferable before the first use. However, once the code is used for the first
session, it cannot be transferred to another user.
19. Customers are responsible for keeping their codes secure. Kiddocare is not responsible for any
loss or misuse of codes.
20. This package cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or packages.
21. If a booking is canceled 24 hours or more before the service session, the unused session will
return to your claimable pool. Platform and other charges are non-refundable.
22. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service start time, the session will be
forfeited without a refund.
23. If a session ends before the full 4 hours, no refunds or partial credits will be provided for the
unused time.
24. All bookings and services are subject to Kiddocarer availability.
25. All prices are subject to a 7% processing fee.
26. Other terms and conditions of use and service stated on our website, app, or communications
still apply.
27. Kiddocare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
28. By purchasing this package, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Here’s how you can enjoy your coupon:
i. Click on the :Use My Coupon Code” button.
ii. Register or Log In with your email address.
iii. Book your Kiddocare service(s).
iv. Enter the unique code in the “Discount Code” field upon checkout
How to transfer/gift the package to others:
i. Forward this email, which contains the unique coupon code to the receiving individual.
ii. Should the receiver use another email to register and make their bookings, we will be re-
confirming with him/her for the details of the purchaser of this package, which is you. However, this
may cause delays.
iii. It is both your responsibility and the receiver's to keep the code secure at all times.
iv. Upon the first booking made with the coupon code, the coupon code will be locked to the user
for subsequent bookings and will no longer be transferable.
*The unique coupon code given can only be tied to ONE customer hence, it is your responsibility to keep it safe and confidential at all times.
