How it works:
1. Grab our MANTAP DEALS promotion from our website.
2. One unique code will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Go to our Kiddocare app to make your booking.
4. Enter the unique code in the ‘Discount Code’ field upon checkout.
What do our babysitters do?
a. They are not maids or helpers, and do not do housework, take care of pets or the elderly.
b. They travel to your preferred location for babysitting service. This can be at the your house, event or any other location specified by the client.
c. They accompany and keep the children safe while adhering to Kiddocare’s SOP.
d. They engage children with fun games and enrichment activities.
e. They bathe, feed, clothe and ensure the cleanliness of the child as needed (light cleaning).
f. They provide constant updates to you during service with monitoring from admins on duty.
What is the process like when our babysitters arrive at your house?
a. Our babysitters will arrive 15 minutes earlier before the scheduled session.
b. They will change into a new set of clothes upon arrival of service.
c. They will sanitize and wash hands at regular intervals.
d. They will then take care and attend to your children once the scheduled session begins.
e. Our babysitters will bathe, feed and clothe your children as needed.
f. They will engage, play and entertain your children with activities suitable with their age.
g. They will clean up after playing as part of babysitter-child activities.
h. They will also provide hourly updates to you throughout the session.
How to transfer/gift the package to others:
1. Forward this email to the person receiving this package
2. Should the receiver use another email to register and make their bookings, we will be re-confirming with him/her for the details of the purchaser of this package, which is you. However, this may cause delays.
3. It is both your responsibility and the receiver’s to keep the code secure at all times.
4. Once the code is used and approved, we will lock the code to the first user to use it in subsequent bookings.
Terms & Conditions:
Package Validity & Usage
1. This package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. This package entitles you to six (6) sessions of 8 hours each. Sessions cannot be split into shorter periods.
3. All sessions must be utilized on different days and cannot be combined in a single booking.
4. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Purchasing & Payment
5. Payment for this package must be made upfront and in full. All purchases are non-refundable.
6. This package can only be purchased through Kiddocare’s online shop.
7. Once payment is made, a unique code will be sent to your email. Use this code in the “Discount Code” field when booking a session.
8. Customers may purchase more than one package, and each package will be assigned a unique code.
Booking & Service Conditions
9. Bookings can be made up to 1 month in advance.
10. Once a booking is made using the package code, no service fee will be required for the 8-hour session. However, a 7% processing fee will apply based on the original 8-hour session price.
11. Sessions can be extended beyond 8 hours; extension charges of RM25 per hour will apply from 7 AM to 12 midnight. For services beyond 12 midnight, the extension rate is RM40 per hour.
12. A RM30 surcharge will apply for last-minute bookings (made less than 6 hours before the required service, during operating hours of 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM).
13. A RM30 surcharge will also apply for bookings on Public Holidays or days associated with a Public Holiday.
14. An additional surcharge of RM15 per hour will be imposed for services during off-hours, between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
Code Usage & Restrictions
15. Each code can only be used for one booking at a time. Our system will track the number of times a code is used.
16. Once the code is used six (6) times, it will automatically become invalid.
17. The package is transferable before the first use. However, once the code is used for the first session, it cannot be transferred to another user.
18. Customers are responsible for keeping their codes secure. Kiddocare is not responsible for any loss or misuse of codes.
19. This package cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or packages.
Cancellation & Refunds
20. If a booking is canceled 24 hours or more before the service session, the unused session will return to your claimable pool. Platform and other charges are non-refundable.
21. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service start time, the session will be forfeited without a refund.
22. If a session ends before the full 8 hours, no refunds or partial credits will be provided for the unused time.
Other Terms
23. All bookings and services are subject to Kiddocarer availability.
24. All prices are subject to a 7% processing fee.
25. Other terms and conditions of use and service stated on our website, app, or communications still apply.
26. Kiddocare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
27. By purchasing this package, you agree to these terms and conditions.
