How it works:

2. A unique code will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Go to our Kiddocare app to make your booking.
4. Enter the unique code in the ‘Discount Code’ field upon checkout.
What do our babysitters do?
a. They are not maids or helpers, and do not do housework, take care of pets or the elderly.
b. They travel to your preferred location for babysitting service. This can be at the your house, event or any other location specified by the client.
c. They accompany and keep the children safe while adhering to Kiddocare’s SOP.
d. They engage children with fun games and enrichment activities.
e. They bathe, feed, clothe and ensure the cleanliness of the child as needed (light cleaning).
f. They provide constant updates to you during service with monitoring from admins on duty.
What is the process like when our babysitters arrive at your house?
a. Our babysitters will arrive 15 minutes earlier before the scheduled session.
b. They will change into a new set of clothes upon arrival of service.
c. They will sanitize and wash hands at regular intervals.
d. They will then take care and attend to your children once the scheduled session begins.
e. Our babysitters will bathe, feed and clothe your children as needed.
f. They will engage, play and entertain your children with activities suitable with their age.
g. They will clean up after playing as part of babysitter-child activities.
h. They will also provide hourly updates to you throughout the session.
How to transfer/gift the package to others:
1. After you make your purchase, the email sent to you should be forwarded to the person receiving this package.
2. Should the receiver use another email to register and make their bookings, we will be re-confirming with him/her for the details of the purchaser of this package, which is you. However, this may cause slight delays.
3. It is both your responsibility and the receiver’s to keep the code secure at all times.
4. Once the code is used and approved, we will lock the code to the first user to use it in subsequent bookings.
Terms & Conditions:
1. This package is valid until 31st December 2022.
2. This package is only valid for booking of 6-hour sessions.
3. Payment for this package must be made up front and in full and is non-refundable.
4. This package can only be purchased on Kiddocare online shop.
5. Purchasing five 6-hour sessions in this package will entitle you to two free 4-hour session.
6. 7% platform fee will be imposed on all booked sessions including free sessions.
7. In total, package purchasers will have six 6-hour sessions and two 4-hour sessions to claim for use per package.
8. The two FREE 4-hour sessions can be used together in one session or 2 session of 4 hours separately.
9. The package entitles the user to claim six 6-hour sessions with the hourly charge waived.
10. The customer may purchase as many packages as they want and will be assigned one unique code per package.
11. Customers may use as many codes as they want in their user accounts, provided that the codes are valid.
12. The package is transferable and can be assigned to a different user, however all unique codes will be locked to the first user to use it in a booking.
13. All eight sessions tied to a unique code can only be redeemed by one user account, the code being locked to the first user account to use it.
14. Customers are responsible to keep their codes secure.
15. All sessions must be used on the last day, or before the 31st December 2022.
16. Any sessions unused after the validity period will be forfeited.
17. Administrative and additional charges or surcharges will still apply if applicable.
18. This package cannot be used with other discounts, offers or packages.
19. To claim the sessions use the unique code received in your purchase confirmation when booking, enter the unique code in the Discount Code section when you make the booking.
20. Services to be rendered is subject to carer availability.
21. You can use the unique code to book all eight sessions at once, inputting the same code in the “Discount Code” field for each session, or do so in separate bookings, our system will keep track of how many times a code is used, up to a total of six times, before it becomes invalid.
22. Sessions cannot be broken up, and used for less than six hours.
23. Sessions can be extended to more than six hours, extension charges will apply.
24. Upon cancellation of a booking made using the package 24 hours or more before service session, the unused session is returned to the claimable pool, the administrative and other charges are not refundable. Unused sessions cannot be refunded in cash, but can be redeemed in later bookings. If cancellation is made at the last minute (less than 24 hours before service is due to start), the session will be considered forfeit, subject to management discretion.
25. Unused package sessions that are still valid and have not yet lapsed (remained unused after the validity period) can be refunded at a rate of 70% of the purchase price, except for the free session, which means the purchaser can refund up to 6 purchased sessions that are still unused at a particular time. Refunds must be requested when the sessions are still valid.
