Terms & Conditions

1. This is a limited time offer that entitles you to one (1) free 4 hours babysitting service from Kiddocare.
2. If you decide to end your service before the 4 hours session end, you may not claim for refund of unused hour rate, or bring forward as credit.
3. If you wish to extend your service hours, extension rate of RM25/hr will be applied.
4. You may not combine this voucher with other vouchers, promotions or discounted packages.
5. This free service must be redeemed before 31st December 2022. Unused voucher/service after this period may not be claimed nor will it be refunded.
6. Redemption of your free service must be done through the Kiddocare app and subject to carer availability.
7. Surcharges including travelling allowance, additional child, last minute fee and public holiday fee may be applied accordingly.
8. Other than this T&C, all other terms and conditions of service apply.
9. All terms and conditions are subject to changes by Kiddocare without prior notice.
10. All bookings are subject to a 7% platform fee.
11. Each customer is entitled to one time redemption of this voucher.
12. This voucher is non-transferable. It is tied to the person registered only.
13. By redeeming this voucher, you hereby agree to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
